Collection 3
Interstice
The collection begins with the spatial transition from traditional markets to modern supermarkets, exploring how order and disorder coexist within everyday environments. By studying shelving grids, product arrangements, light paths, and spatial organization, the project translates the structural logic of retail spaces into geometric folds, layered silhouettes, and expandable garment forms. Within a regulated system, rotation, displacement, and folding are introduced to create a sense of movement and disruption. Through knitting, plaid textiles, and three-dimensional construction, the collection examines how the body can be wrapped, guided, and reorganized by spatial order while still preserving moments of disorder and fluidity.
